Not every leader should stand in front.

Some teams don’t need direction… they need trust.
Others don’t need space… they need clarity.
That’s where many leaders get it wrong.
They pick one style… and stay there.
Always leading from the front, controlling everything, deciding everything, carrying everyone.
Or always stepping back “figure it out yourselves,” with no direction, no support.
